PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY 

 
 

Payment is due on a monthly reoccurring base according to the plan of your choice. Please note that sessions do not roll over to the following month (e.g. 8 sessions per month plan is to be used within January 15th to February 15th). We are here to hold you accountable and it is your responsibly to make your training sessions unless prior arrangements were made. If you would like to cancel your program please inform us before your next payment is due.

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 24 hours notice. (Full 24 hour is requested. e.g. cancelling Friday 1pm appointment by 1pm Thursday of the same week).

While truly sympathetic, the studio cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification will be subject to forfeiting the session as cancellation fee.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel an appointment will be considered as NO SHOW. Clients who No-Show two (2) or more times in a 12 month period, may be subject to an additional $50 for each missed session.

The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the client’s next appointment.

We are happy to pause/freeze your membership without additional fees, please request at your earliest convenience. 

We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management discretion.
