Choosing to use food as nature has intended for us - nourishing and healing. I work carefully with the plants and animals that I pick, receive, and in some cases, grow in my own garden. Choosing healthy complimentary ingredients to highlight seasonal local products, you can count on the love and attention I put into each dish you hold in your hands.
