When I first started working with Sway, I was far from my health goals. Gradually though multiple (and might I add difficult) training sessions, she taught me that with persistent effort and commitment to making healthy choices I could achieve my goals in and out of the gym. Over the past several months I've learned to maintain a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise that have significantly improved my mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I'm grateful to have worked with Sway as I am confident that these habits will help me achieve my goals and cope with the challenges I'll face through medical school and as a practicing physician. I hope to share the lessons I've learned with my future patients to help inspire them to take an active role towards improving their own health. Thanks for everything, Sway!
