I always enjoy going to Sway’s HIIT class. She’s constantly looking for creative ways to challenge us both physically and mentally. What I enjoy is not knowing what to expect-keeps us guessing what we have in store but I always know that it’ll be interesting and fun. I appreciate her going through the proper exercise execution in the beginning and giving different intensity level options. Form and safety is always emphasized during class and that’s important for overall muscle and joint longevity. My fitness goals going into class was to improve my V02 max and overall cardiovascular capacity. I have seen improvements here and I feel better overall!
