Try the following body weight exercise circuit to get slimmer, feel better and say bye bye to those stubborn fat. Best of all, no equipment necessary! 

Warm up - 4 sets of 50 jumping jacks

Push ups x 10

Squats x 15

High + low plank x 20

Switch lunges x 20 total (10 per side)

Diamond push ups x 10 (with knee on ground for modification)

Mountain climbers x 30

Repeat 3 to 5 sets and consume a BCAA drink after your workout to help those awesome muscles grow!
