Of course we are going to start with 2 amazing health and fitness podcasts!

These are people that I keep tabs on when I'm on the go. They are experts and are extremely knowledgeable, I learn something new every time I listen to an episode and never get tired of what they have to share. Do keep in mind that you should always do your own research before diving into any of unfamiliar life style changes (nutrition, workouts, etc)! There are also fun and entertaining podcasts that I find interesting although not necessary fitness related.

The Ben Greenfield Podcast

Ben started in the fitness industry as a bodybuilder. He was obsessed about building mass but was putting junk into his body all the time (ewww). He looked good on the outside but was slowly killing himself on the inside. His life changed when he met his wife Jessa who knows the importance of healthy living and the duo have been changing lives ever since.

From fitness tips to bio-hacking your body for top performance, Ben's podcasts always include amazing and eye opening content that will change your life (ok, maybe this is exaggerating a little bit, but really). Don't forget to listen to the episode with Ben interviewing vaginal weightlifting coach Kim Anami. Yes, you read that right, vaginal weightlifting coach (yes, I said it again).

 

The Model Health Show with Shawn Stevenson

Shawn was diagnosed with an incurable spinal disease at the age of 20. He was eating a lot of junk and was pretty sedentary (you see where this is going?). After the diagnose he started changing his lifestyle although the doctors said the condition was incurable and not dietary related. He lost weight and the pain he had was diminishing simply because he started living right (healthy eating and exercising).

Shawn and his co-host Jade are an inspirational duo, bringing you guests from all over the world and knowledge that will add fuel to your daily aspirations!
